Job Purpose:

Develop and maintain IT infrastructure and communication facilities to ensure system availability and smooth operations, supporting the company's business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop IT Outsourcing Infrastructure team capabilities to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA).
  • Initiate and resolve infrastructure issues to prevent business operation disruptions.
  • Review and manage third-party supplier engagements for hardware, software, and IT services.
  • Assess procurement processes to ensure uninterrupted IT services for users.
  • Evaluate and ensure timely resolution of user requests and IT infrastructure issues in line with SLA.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and configurations.
  • Drive the adoption of the latest IT infrastructure technologies to keep systems up to date.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields. Non-IT degrees may be considered with strong technical experience.
  • Analyst: At least 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support or systems administration.
  • Senior Analyst: At least 6 years of experience, ideally with supervisory or project leadership exposure.
  • Certifications in Microsoft, AWS, or ITIL are a plus.
Technical Skills:
  • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Network administration (LAN/WAN/VPN).
  • Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).
  • Project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Organizational and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
Working Conditions:
  • Primarily office-based, with work often performed standing or sitting for extended periods.
  • Comfortable indoor environment.
  • Requires attention to detail, especially when reading precise data.
  • Work may be repetitive.
