We are looking for a skilled and motivated

to join our dynamic recruitment team. You will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring a smooth process from sourcing to onboarding, and partnering with stakeholders to fulfill hiring needs effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum
    Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other majors

  • Proven experience (min. 2 years) in
    end-to-end recruitment
    (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Knowledge in using LinkedIn Recruiter/Jobstreet/Kalibr or other job portals is an advantages
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-based environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Source and attract top talent through various recruitment channels.
