Deskripsi Pekerjaan:

  1. Memperkenalkan dan mempresentasikan produk bahan bangunan kepada arsitek, konsultan, dan kontraktor.

  2. Memastikan produk perusahaan masuk dalam bill of quantity (BoQ) atau dokumen spesifikasi proyek.

  3. Memberikan dukungan teknis terkait penggunaan produk sesuai kebutuhan proyek.

  4. Membantu memberikan solusi teknis atas kendala atau kebutuhan di lapangan.

  5. Menyusun dan melaksanakan strategi promosi ke segmen profesional (specifiers).

  6. Menyelenggarakan product knowledge, lunch presentation, atau technical workshop.

  7. Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales proyek untuk tindak lanjut prospek yang sudah dispesifikasikan.

  8. Memberikan laporan perkembangan proyek dan aktivitas mingguan kepada atasan.

9. Memantau progres proyek yang telah menggunakan atau berpotensi menggunakan produk perusahaan.

  1. Melakukan follow-up untuk memastikan realisasi penjualan dari proyek yang sudah dispesifikasikan

Kualifikasi:

  1. Minimal D3/S1 Teknik Sipil, Arsitektur, atau bidang terkait.

  2. Minimal 2 tahun di bidang pemasaran teknis, proyek konstruksi, atau sebagai sales engineer bahan bangunan.

  3. Paham tentang spesifikasi produk konstruksi (atap, baja ringan, lisplank, plafon, flooring, dsb).

  4. Mampu membaca gambar teknik dan RAB proyek.

  5. Menguasai aplikasi dasar seperti AutoCAD, SketchUp, atau software presentasi teknis.

  6. Komunikatif, persuasif, dan memiliki kemampuan presentasi yang baik.

  7. Mampu menjalin relasi dengan profesional di industri konstruksi (arsitek, kontraktor, developer).

  8. Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke proyek.

  9. Berpenampilan profesional dan memiliki etika kerja tinggi.
