Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Malang for an Area Sales Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies, overseeing sales activities, and leading a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include establishing marketing plans, analyzing market trends, expanding customer networks, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with cross-departmental teams to ensure business growth in the assigned area.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in sales strategy development, implementation, and goal achievement
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including decision-making and conflict resolution
  • Experience in market analysis, customer relationship building, and network expansion
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work effectively in a dynamic on-site environment
  • Prior experience in FMCG or similar industries is an advantage
  • Willingness to be based in Malang and engage in field activities as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred with relevant certifications as a plus
