For more information, please visit our websites: https://www.gearinc.com/ and https://puremoderation.com/ Responsibilities Responsible for HR services delivery in the office, being the primary point of contact for all day-to-day HR enquiries and HR Operations.Responsible for compliance with corporate policy, labor laws & regulations, including all HR practices for the company.Involvement in various areas within Human Resources practice i.e., employee onboarding, employee benefits administration, payroll processing, mobility & work permit process.Collaborates/works closely with central HR teams to assess/anticipate human resource-related needs to develop programs and solutions.Maintains awareness of the culture, plans, and competition of the practice under the HR purviewEvaluates employee programs, recommending improvements to employee relations policiesContributes and supports the employee engagement programs/social events that foster and promote a culture of excellenceProvides support on the other areas of Human Resources practice when required and to assist in ad-hoc projects/tasks where necessary Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management or any related discipline.Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience as HRBP or HR generalist.B2 English level (Able to understand/read documents)Candidate to be well versed with local labor law knowledge is preferred.A team player with a high level of energy, pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and competing priorities.High level of maturity and sense of responsibility and nurture a positive working environment Benefit Attractive basic salaryAllowance (attendance, transportation)Mental Health Care service (on site Psychologist and mental health application)BPJS KesehatanBPJS KetenagakerjaanPrivate Health InsurancePaid leave (12 days/year)Monthly fantastic internal events Working Environment Regular working hours, we work 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)International, fun, and English professional working environmentWorking closely with experienced foreign expertsFree drinks (coffee, tea, etc.)Training and career development opportunitiesSport activities and game room for everyone.
