That’s why we say “The world is in our pocket”.Our fundamental strategy is tao become a solution partner that protects the globe as it grows globally, creates value, and is endowed with the safest work environment for its employees and the most reliable systems and service quality for its customers.www.Barsan.comWHAT WE CAN OFFER:Competitive salary with social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance according.Laptop is provided and/ or necessary tools/equipment for the job.Additional benefits & bonuses based on performance. RESPONSIBILITIES:What You Will Be Doing:Develop and lead the general sales team (including Inside Sales and Field Sales) in Sales DepartmentTarget new customers as well as new business opportunities.Create new consoles focused on the US, Europe, and TurkeyDeliver a superior customer experience to our LCL customersHandle the whole LCL inquiries and having loyall customer (preferable)Infuse sustainability and Innovative solutions for our clientsClosely collaborate with other teams within and across origin/destination officesMonitor team's performance and motivate them to reach targets.Build an open-communication environment for your team.Coordinate department projects to meet deadlinesWorking hours between 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM, Monday to Friday.Requirements:The successful candidates:Diploma / Degree in Freight Forwarding, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or equivalentAt least 7 years of experience in LCL product sales and business developmentExtended customer portfolio and relationship with co-loaders.You must have experience in creating LCL consoles from Indonesia to the US, Europe, and the Far East.Experienced in creating a sales team and monitoring the targets.Strong organizational and management skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsNote: Will be contacted only with candidates who meet the above requirements
