**Requirements**:

- **A minimum of 3 years of experience in the same field**:

- Formal education in music or related fields.
- Exceptional vocal ability with a deep understanding of a variety of musical styles.
- Provide high quality vocal training to talents, including techniques to improve range, tone, control and stamina.
- Assist in selecting repertoire that showcases their vocal abilities and suits their style.
- Adapt training to different musical styles and projects.
- Organize song coaching sessions and workshops
- Help artists interpret songs to effectively convey emotion and connect with the audience.
