We are looking for a dedicated Front Office Receptionist to join our team and ensure the seamless operation of our facilities in Nusa Dua & Umalas, Bali, with the details;
**Responsibilities**
- Greet and welcome clients as soon as they arrive at facility based on company standards.
- Confirm the client's booking in the App and direct them to the court.
- Develop and maintain the relationship with clients.
- Up-selling products and programs.
- Answer, screening and forward incoming phone calls or whatsapp.
- Process payments using our point-of-sale system. (training will be provided)
- Ensure the detail of opening and closing shift is attached to detail and correct (system and payments).
- Maintain office and storage security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
- Ensure the cleanliness in the work area. (do regular cleaning in reception, courts and public areas)

**Qualifications**
- Preferred domicile in Bali.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Receptionist.
- Willing to be placed in Nusa Dua/Umalas, Bali.
- Detail-oriented, efficient, and proactive.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Indonesia and English.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holiday.
- Honest, discipline and good work ethics.

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (required)

**Experience**:
