**About the position**:
**Digital Consultant responsibilities**:

- Train and guide dealers on how to use the product
- Acquisition of new dealers
- Contact and follow up on any inconsistencies
- Perform daily business calls at the minimum set by HOD
- Ensure all clusters are at 100% coverage
- Furnish daily report on closed won/ lost by territory and accounts
- Build, revive, and manage customer accounts
- Gather & analyze market intelligence from areas assigned
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with dealers
- Understand customer's needs
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure listing quality is achieved
- Participate fully in the team which includes taking part in weekly meetings, providing feedback and ideas to the team lead/manager to help grow the business

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in any field
- Relevant work experience of more than 1 year in the automotive industry
- Good time management
- Have own vehicle and driver's license (SIM C)
