**The Role**
- Manage and maintain compliance programs to ensure ongoing compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Stay current with industry best practices and guidance related to regulatory compliance. Providing regular updates to Senior Management and impact assessment on organisational impact.
- Responsible for identifying, tracking, and remediating Indonesian compliance issues working with cross-functional teams to provide clear, direct and timely feedback.
- Establish policies and procedures to develop a culture of compliance, and perform ongoing risk assessments for such policies and procedures.
- Identify emerging company risk’s and initiate mitigation strategies; tracking risks within the company risk register and escalating to the Head of Risk & Compliance and Risk Management Committee per policy guidelines.
- Coordinate Indonesia’s monthly Risk Management Committee including the escalation of Risks, to the Head of Risk & Compliance and Global Risk Management Committee.
- Create and maintain accurate and concise records of all Risk & Compliance recommendations including details on the rationale for any decisions made.
- Manage Indonesia’s complaints and dispute resolution program.
- Review marketing activities, collateral and messaging to ensure all marketing activities are in line with the company's risk appetite.
- Work with industry bodies to promote Zipmex and Zipmex’s agenda in working groups.
- Manage and facilitate compliance training for Indonesian team members with support from HR / Learning and Development.

**Purpose of the Role**
The mission of the Zipmex Risk & Compliance team is to promote a company culture that supports the implementation of a best-in-class risk and compliance program, standards and frameworks within the emerging digital assets industry.

**Desired Skills and Experience**
- Strong understanding of the Indonesian regulatory framework.
- Comfortable maintaining up to date knowledge on the rapidly evolving regulatory landscape.
- Demonstrated ability to author detailed business and compliance requirements; effectively communicating and managing relationships with business stakeholders.
- Problem-solving, positive and constructive attitude is a must.

**The Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a leading fintech or heavily regulated industry.
- Executive level written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion and a strong interest in the digital asset industry.
