**Responsibilities**:
- Checking and reviewing vendor invoicing and documentation requirements for tax compliance
- Ensuring proper filing and safe tax invoices and assist in ensuring TAX compliance including WHT slip for third party
- Preparing computation and reporting tax art. 21,23,25,26,29, 4(2), VAT and claimable VAT
- Reconsile bank for AR and AP
- Assisting Assistant Accounting Manager to ensure compliance in local laws and tax regulations and timely recording ot relevant transactions for management reporting and audits
- Manage the petty cash funds as petty cash custodian
- Drive improvements to existing internal control processes and procedures
- Any accounting matters as required by the Company
**JOB QUALIFICATION**:
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent
- Long relevant experience may replace formal education
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant working experience in multinational companies
- Preferably have experience as an auditor from Public Accounting Firm (KAP)
- Relevant experience in handling Tax Indonesia (Jakarta) document and process
- Cross border experience will be an added advantage
- Experience for preparing, reporting tax art. 21,23,25,26,29, 4(2) and VAT
- Reconsile bank for AR and AP
- Checking all invoices AP for completed supporting for local and overseas vendor with tax compliance
- Monitoring pending documents to all third party for outstanding document invoices
- Validate DGT form on ITO system/website
- Filling and Administration all documents related
- Multitasking abilities and good analytical skills are necessary, strong analytical skill required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
