**Job Summary**:
**The role will focus on optimizing supply chain processes to ensure the efficient, cost-effective, and timely delivery of products to various distribution channels, maintaining high standards of service while minimizing costs and enhancing operational efficiency.**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Supply Chain Strategy & Planning**: Develop and implement a flexible supply chain strategy, forecasting demand and adapting to market fluctuations.
- ** Procurement & Supplier Management**: Oversee sourcing, supplier relationships, contract negotiations, and performance monitoring to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
- ** Inventory Management**: Manage stock levels, replenishment, and warehousing, optimizing inventory turnover to minimize excess stock and stockouts.
- ** Logistics & Distribution**: Ensure cost-effective and timely product distribution, managing relationships with third-party logistics (3PLs) and monitoring transportation efficiency.
- ** Order Fulfillment & Customer Service**: Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery, collaborating with sales and customer service to resolve issues and improve customer satisfaction.
- ** Process Improvement & Cost Optimization**: Identify and implement process improvements to reduce lead times, enhance efficiency, and drive cost savings.
- ** Compliance & Risk Management**: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and manage supply chain risks, including disruptions and safety compliance.
- ** Reporting & Analytics**: Analyze supply chain data, generate performance reports, and collaborate with finance to manage budgets and cost-saving initiatives.

**Job requirements**:

- 5-7 years in supply chain management, logistics, or distribution, with focus on general trade or consumer goods.
- **Being Certified in CSCP, Six Sigma, APICS is a plus.**:

- Proven experience in managing end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement, inventory, logistics, order fulfillment).
- Expertise in supply chain operations and software (ERP, WMS, TMS), with proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and vendor management skills.
