**Position Summary & Job Purpose**:
We are recruiting for an experienced Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Website Management Specialist to be responsible for supporting the development and maintenance of the Public-Private Partnership (PPP) website. This position will be based in Jakarta and reports to the Director of Energy Procurement and Financing. Learn more about the SINAR project here.
**Position responsibilities**:
- Carry out preparation and development on the Development Server and deposit all source code (Source Code) on Source Code Control which will be provided by the Center for Information Systems and Financial Technology (Ministry of Finance IT team) of the Ministry of Finance.
- Conducting system trials starting from unit testing, integration tests, load tests up to a well-documented user acceptance test (UAT) and obtaining approval from the Planning Consultant and DGSIFM.
- Carry out security tests that have been determined by Pusintek Ministry of Finance and ensure that all developments have passed the predetermined security standards.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Finance IT Team for installation or deployment on production servers that have been provided by carrying out a comprehensive configuration, up to the Go Live system and running stably.
- Conduct a workshop/capacity building for knowledge transfer from the former firm consultant who developed MVP KPBU 4.0 to the new IT specialists and Ministry of Finance team.
**Essential KSA's required (experience, skills, education, certification, etc.)**:
- Bachelor’s degree and have relevant educational background in computer science, web development, IT, systems engineering or a similar field.
- Minimum five years’ experience in managing websites.
- Strong knowledge and/or understanding of website development, management and maintenance and cybersecurity, including ability to troubleshoot website issues.
**Valued but not required KSAs**:
- Indonesian national or current resident of Indonesia
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (reading, writing, and oral presentation)
- Previous or existing working relations with the Directorate of Government Support, and Infrastructure Financing Management (DGSIFM) of the Ministry of Finance (MOF).
- Familiarity with USAID procedures and practices for quality control, including monitoring.

- Office setting, domestic travel
