Lead Teacher

KodeKiddo is a fun-focused & interactive coding school for kids. We offer children yearlong afterschool enrichment coding, STEM (science, technology, engineering, & maths), intra/extracurricular & various competition / events using the technologies & methodologies specifically developed for kids in the USA.

The classes are for children from Kinder - High School (TK - SMA) & have various centres located in Jabotabek, Jawa Barat, Jawa Tengah, Jawa Timur, Medan, Bali.

We are looking for full time employees to join our team as lead teacher for children courses at KodeKiddo.

**Requirements**:

- Male or female with maximum of 30 years old
- Minimum of fresh graduates in IT related disciplines, e.g. teknik informatika, sistem informasi, computer science, software engineering. game development etc
- Skills & knowledge in Java, Javascript, C/C++, Python, Web Dev etc
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written)
- Ability to build relationships effectively & professionally with parents & students
- Proven leadership attitude
- Love children & have passion in educational sector
- Responsible, discipline, highly motivated, enthusiastic & willingness to grow
- Willing to work in our office at KodeKiddo Galaxy

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, motivate & monitored all the teachers in the branch
- Collaboratively planning, preparing & delivering coding lessons
- Keeping track of student progress by creating class summary, milestone certificate reviewing & improving lesson plans
- Observe & understand students behaviour & psyche
- Participate in company’s projects, coding events & intra/extra curricular activities
- Give ideas & feedbacks for company
- Reports any suspicions of neglect, abuse etc.

**Salary**: Rp4,000,000 - Rp5,000,000 per month
