**The Digital Marketing Team Lead/Supervisor shall lead the team and mainly manages SEO, SEM strategy, including design, implementation and execution of SEO and SEM. He/she must have extensive experience and developed a complete structure and understanding with the SEO, SEM concepts and performs the following;**

**Specific Tasks and Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and implement SEO strategy and works towards relevant and engaging content and organic search optimization

2. Innovate and setup new campaigns (from scratch), including tag management and landing page optimization, keywords, competitors and industries research

3. Regularly perform thorough keywords research and develop keywords strategy or phrases that increases traffic

4. Identify and monitor key SEO KPIs (monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, traffics, conversions, etc)

5. Performs daily optimization and analysis of all advertising campaigns

6. Analyze revenue, campaign performance, click and conversion rates, ROI and daily ad spend in a day to day basis

7. Improves conversion rates by optimizing the customer journey and landing page performance

8. Identify problems and deficiency and implement solutions

9. Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization

10. Coordinate and work with cross functions (Marketing team, developer, and operations team)

11. Perform tasks and duties in relation to Digital Marketing as assigned from time to time

**Job Qualification**

1. **Indonesian**

2. With good English communication skills (oral and written)

3. Degree in Marketing, Communication, Computer Science, IT or any related field

4. At least 3 years extensive experience in leading Digital Marketing team as either TL/Supervisor/Manager that directly lead and manage digital marketing team
- With profound knowledge of web analytics tools and suite of Google solutions (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, SEMRush and other SEO Software)
- Adept with the latest digital marketing technology developments
- With strong desire and growth mindset to learn about all facets of digital marketing

**8. ** Industry exposure to online marketing on sports betting, casino, alcohol, cigarette products is an advantage

**9. Skills and attributes**
- Good written and reporting skills
- Leadership and supervisory skills
- Highly trustworthy on confidential matters
