This position will assist OFRM and IT, Cyber & Information Security Risk Head to perform the following:
Perform Cyber Security Risk Assessment and Risk Analysis on the cyber security current implementation, new initiatives, project and product development, cloud security design, use of new technology etc. also prepare required recommendation to mitigate the risk.

Assess & perform Cyber Security Risk Compliance and Maturity Assessment as required by bank, group, and regulator.

Prepare and develop Cyber Security Risk awareness material also conduct Cyber Security Risk awareness training to the Bank staffs in regular and/or ad hoc basis.

Coordinate with relevant LoB/SF to conduct third party risk review and assessment process in alignment with Bank Cyber Security Framework Policy and Procedures.

Assist IT and business in implementing Cyber Security and Technology Risk requirements set by Bank

Coordinate with IT Risk team to monitor and follow up IT related issues, risk event including its action plan.

Coordinate with IT Risk team in ensuring the submission of risk reporting for both ad hoc and regular report according to the Bank requirements, (e.g., Incident reporting, regular risk management reporting etc.)

Coordinate with BCM & IT to prepare and develop Cyber Security Drill Scenario and ensure the scenario relevant with current cyber threat and regularly tested

Act as CSIRT Coordinator in liasion with IT Security during Cyber Security incident handling in the case of Cyber Security Incident occurred.
Bachelor’s Degree in information technology, Computer Science and/or Computer Engineering field.

At least 5 years experiences in the Cyber Security Management or Information Security or IT Security and/or Technology Risk related area.

Have a strong knowledge in the Cyber Security Management, Information Security Governance and Technology Risk Management.

Understanding in the regulation and best practice related to the Cyber Security, Information Security and Technology Risk Management implementation such as ISO 27001, NIST, Data Privacy etc. would be advantages.

Strong analytical thinking and decision making, with good communication skills for both oral and written.

Ability to work under close supervision and in a team as well as ability to take independent initiatives with when needed.
