**Job description**:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end staffing daily operations-
- Ensure our product pricing are market relevant-
- Negotiate hiring terms and conditions with our clients-
- Take part in defining group strategy with senior leadership team in defining group strategy and new ventures and partner with business leaders to drive business growth and other strategic initiatives-
- Accountable for the operational management, implementation and continuous operation staffing projects-
- Manage salaries, year-end increment & other benefits, including computation of increments and bonuses for hired employees-
- Administer employee insurance schemes and benefits and works with insurance providers to follow up on insurance renewal matters.-
- Train and mentor other members of the team and invest in enhancing existing processes, and recruiting and developing new team members.-
- Prepare and implement staffing processes, policies, programs in alignment with Business and HR strategy**Qualifications**:
- At least 3-5 years of experience in HR (especially Talent Acquisition) and project management-
- Experience of using HR databases and other IT systems-
- Good working knowledge of the tax implications and legal compliance requirements for salary and benefits-
- Experience in leading a team and project management-
- Excellent Communication and Presentation in English-
- Excellent attention to detail-
- Comfortable working with uncertainty and ambiguity
