**JOB TITLE**:Plan & Logistic - Permanent

**FUNCTION: Plan & Logistic / Warehouse Foreman**

**SUB FUNCTION: Central Warehouse**

**CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, Indonesia**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

Execute operational task related inventory and warehouse management according to standard warehouse management system.

**Reports to: Factory Warehouse Executive**

**Geographic Scope**:Local

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**
- Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing warehouse information, implementing production, productivity, quality, and custom service standards.
- Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments.
- Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items.
- Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles.
- Maintains inventory by conducting regular physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Execute related warehouse operational including inbound - outbound.
- Coordinate with related cross function support.
- Conduct necessary action for ensuring warehouse safety, quality and building properness.
- Run warehouse operational within compliance to local regulation and functional policy.

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- Currently undertaking or recently graduated from bachelor’s degree (S1) or (D4)
- Good communication skills in English and to be able to work with a variety of stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent Interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, honest, good attitude, independent and self-motivated person
- Excel data reporting
- SAP capability for standard WH operation (as per assigned authorization)
- Good team work
- Able to lead 3rd party resource
