**About us**

We are looking for an experienced** Performance Marketing Intern** to join our diverse team of people who are passionate about taking the real estate industry into the age of technology through innovation and a desire to solve its multitude of challenges.

**What you'll do**:

- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion test
- Develop and execute marketing strategies and advertising campaigns plan, involving social media, SEM, Display, Lead generation and etc.
- Analyze and measure the campaign’s performance through marketing metrics (web analytic tools)
- Strong focus on tracking, data integrity, data and analytics, and responsible for analyzing, reporting, and developing actionable insights across all marketing assets on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities that can differentiate the brand

**What you should have**:

- Fresh graduation from any major. Last year students are welcomed but willing to work from office 5 days in a week
- Basic knowlwdge on paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting and social network advertising (Facebook, Instagram, etc). Course certified will be a plus
- Highly creative in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work independently and in a group
