**Responsibilities**
- ** Scheduling & Coordination**:
- Manage and update interviewers' schedules weekly for the Talent Acquisition team.- Organize and coordinate internal knowledge-sharing sessions between project teams.- Schedule and facilitate performance review sessions for employees.**Administrative & Office Management**:
- Coordinate between Operations and the HR team to ensure alignment in administrative processes.- Oversee office supply management and procurement for the Bandung office.**Operational Support and Improvements**:
- Assist in ensuring the smooth execution of internal processes and workflows.- Help implement operational improvements in scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.
- Support ad-hoc operational tasks as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.- 1-2 years of relevant work experience in operations, administration, or project coordination.- Experience in IT operations and/or Project Management Office (PMO) would be preferred.- Strong problem-solving, reporting, and analytical skills.- Excellent **English**communication and interpersonal skills.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.- Ability to work independently and take initiative in managing tasks.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and scheduling tools.- Experience in coordinating between multiple teams and stakeholders.- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
