**Reports To**: Country Director

**What you'll be doing**:

- Preparing and reviewing company's contracts, agreement and other legal documents.
- Ensuring corporate governance.
- Carrying out legal research and advising legal advice and guidance to the organization on various legal matters.
- Provide legal services, such as carry out legal research, advisory, legal analysis and others.
- Execute and maintain all required corporate documents, licensing, and reports according to applicable laws and regulations.
- Review and interpret applicable new laws and regulations and understand their impact on business.
- Ensure the timely and reliable execution of day-to-day legal activities.
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Assisting in negotiations on legal related matters.

**What makes you a great fit**:

- Bachelor degree in Law.
- 3-5 years legal work experience, prior experience in a law firm is highly preferable.
- Background experience in real estate would be an advantage.
- Experience in advising non-legal persons on legal risks.
- Knowledge of all applicable laws and regulations.
- Having attention to detail, excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
