**Your Contribution**:
- To make sure all activities like hardware, software, server, LAN, internet, access control, telephone system are running smoothly and incase problem occur must be solved as fast as possible.
- To set and monitoring computer hardware maintenance schedule including access control, CCTV, printer, scanner, projector, communication equipment, etc.
- To propose new hardware requirements and arrange the installation to the supplier.
- To solve small and medium computer problems.
- To contact supplier and fix computer hardware problem together.
- To check and ensure the function of server, LAN, and internet are operate effectively.
- To help and give training:
- To help user in solving computer problem in day-to-day operation.
- To keep all computer software, hardware books, and diskettes (computer library).
- To input or update IT Service Portal to record cases / problems that have been solved.
- To maintain, check, recover and configure server.
- To develop small and medium program if required.
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to SCHOTT group IT standard, prepares fact and arguments for IT decisions making.
- Responsible for handling and interaction of the process involved in demand management, project management, product management, IT Finance and other issues with the CIT.
- Ensure that the company’s obligations are fulfilled to the provision of IT services providers and support in service management.
- Coordinates planning of demand and execution of local infrastructure measures (e.g. computers, communication rooms, and local network cabling).
- Ensure regularity and timeliness of IT investments, budget planning in accordance with the cost for the implementation of IT services.
- Coordinates any necessary unscheduled interruptions in IT operations and work maintenance.
- Ensures adherence to the license regulations, checks adherence to the IT security regulations and intervenes of violations.
- As main contact and person incharge for Office Server System.
- To maintain, control, and solve any problem related to Office Server System.
- To ensure on time reporting of IT activity and cost.
- Performed other duties as assigned by superior. To support and cooperate with IT Production.
- To prepare annual IT Planning.
- To prepare monthly report of phone usage.
- To prepare monthly report of IT cost.
- To control, monitor and take necessary action to minimize IT cost..
- To implement task from superior as defined completion target date.
- To conduct training for new software users.
- To setup training schedule for new software.
- To write system procedure and create all necessary action such as backup procedure in case of system failure.
- To setup or modify a program as needed or required by a company.
- Responsible to maintain Private Automatic Branch eXchange (PABX) telephone.
- To create extension number.
- To maintain system.
- To maintain phone operation.
- Perform duties and responsibility comply with code of conduct.
- To decide spare part change of computer if required.
- To change and improve the system to be a better performance.
- To propose usage of hardware/software as needed by the company or to update with global technology.
- To decide/create materials for a training.
**Your Profile**:
- Technical or commerical apprenticeship, preferably qualified IT specialist in systems integration
- and data protection, sensitive IT security, IT-accounting process and prize, business process and developments in the area with effect on IT strategy, English
- Skill/knowledge: server management LAN, SQL database, Power BI, Ms. Office, and Manufacturing Enterprise System (MES).
- Have knowledge and able to do programming.
- Have knowledge about Private Automatic Branch eXchange (PABX) System.
- Able to do network installation.
- Able to do basic electricity installation.
- Knowledge and understand about the ISO 9001 and ISO 15378 requirements.
- Knowledge and understand about the ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements.
- Able to carry out hazard identification and EHS risks assessment as well as identification and assessment environmental aspects of environmental impacts.
