**Job Description**:
- Builds partnerships with all levels of employees from individuals to teams, from entry-level to executive leadership.
- Advises and lead project office leadership on employment actions for project-office staff to ensure legal compliance with applicable regulations, and provides guidance on policies, procedures, and compliance
- Leads or contributes to corporate initiatives and projects such as the employee milestone recognition program, the employee assistance and resiliency program and the annual employee feedback survey
- Evaluates current Company Regulation in order to ensure compliance with laws/regulations. Communicates, distributes and implement changes to all employees
- Managing relationships with unions & ensuring that the Company's treatment of employees is consistent with its core business values and objectives.
- Handling complaints, managing grievance procedures and facilitating counseling in conjunction with other stakeholders
- Investigating and resolving complex or critical industrial relations issues in a timely and effective manner
- Conducts exit interviews, analyzing trends or opportunities for feedback or improvement particularly in areas related to employee engagement
- At least 5 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required skill: employee and labor law, employee relations, Company Regulations
- Knowledgeable about Indonesian Labor Law
- Experience in the field of industrial relations dispute resolution
- Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta
