**Responsibilities**:

- **Technology & Product DevelopmentCybersecurity & IT ComplianceOnline & Digital Asset ManagementVendor & Team Leadership**:

- Manage and optimize integrations between existing **hospitality technology platforms** to enhance efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to **innovate digital experiences** for guests, from online bookings to digital concierge services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all technology projects are aligned with business needs and deliver value.
- Develop and implement **cybersecurity policies** to protect digital assets, customer data, and business-critical information.
- Oversee IT risk management and incident response planning.
- Oversee the performance and security of **websites, mobile apps, and e-commerce platforms** to ensure seamless customer interactions.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, hosting, and IT support for online assets.
- Lead digital marketing technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and marketing teams.
- Monitor and improve system uptime, performance, and user experience.
- Manage external vendors, developers, and technology partners to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Lead and mentor an in-house team of IT specialists and digital professionals.
- Stay ahead of **emerging technology trends** to continuously enhance digital and IT capabilities.

**Qualifications**:

- **EssentialPreferred**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in **Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Cybersecurity, or related field**.
- **5+ years of experience** in technology management, software development, or digital transformation, ideally in the **hospitality, entertainment, or luxury sectors**.
- Proven experience in **custom software development lifecycle** and digital product management.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and vendors effectively.
- Experience working in **hospitality or high-end leisure businesses**.
- Familiarity with **POS, ERP, CRM, and reservation systems**.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to technology decision-making.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

**Experience**:

- Technology Manager: 2 years (preferred)
