- ** Conduct routine inspections** of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- ** Perform preventive maintenance** on HVAC, elevators, lighting, and fire safety systems.
- ** Respond promptly** to guest and staff maintenance requests.
- ** Troubleshoot and repair** minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues.
- ** Supervise maintenance team** and coordinate with contractors when necessary.
- ** Maintain records** of maintenance schedules, equipment performance, and repairs.
- ** Ensure compliance** with safety and environmental regulations.
- ** Assist in energy conservation** efforts and sustainability initiatives.
- ** Report major breakdowns** and recommend necessary upgrades or replacements.

**Qualifications**
- Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Minimum **2-3 years** of experience in hotel or facility maintenance.
- Knowledge of **HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems**.
- Ability to troubleshoot and handle emergency repairs.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
