**The Role**

As a Corporate Finance (“CF”) Manager / Senior Manager, you will be supporting the team in all day-to-day tasks including—but not limited to—the preparation and execution of equity fundraising and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), along with performing market and competitive research and supporting investor relations effort to the world’s leading venture capital firms.

The Company’s mission is to support the FMCG supply chain and empower traditional SEs with the ability to carry out more efficient transactions by providing technology solutions that were created under the principles of _Faster, Cheaper, Smarter, Bigger_.

We completed a $100+ million Series B financing in July 2021 (oversubscribed from the original $75 million target). The funding was led by Asia Partners and Falcon Edge, with participation from Sequoia Capital India, Alpha JWC and Wavemaker Partners. This round brings GudangAda’s total raised so far to $135+ million. The funding is used to expand our current product offering in our ecosystem (marketplace and logistics), launch new offerings (Financial Services and Merchant Solutions), and broaden product categories.

The Corporate Finance department at GudangAda plans and executes all fundraising initiatives and related strategic capability development projects such as Fundraising, IPO Readiness, Capital structure optimization, M&A, Investor Relations, etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Investor Relations**
- Lead all investor relations efforts, including, but not limited to preparing monthly reporting and investor presentations, addressing questions
- Create investment marketing materials to engage potential investors
- Manage database of potential investors

**M&A and Strategic Partnerships**
- Identify and assess potential partners/targets that have synergistic potential with the company’s service offerings and strategy
- Assist in the implementation/integration of M&A and partnership opportunities

**Fundraising**
- Assist in the execution of all fundraising activities including data room preparation, pitching presentation material preparation, due diligence, legal documentation

**Others**
- Perform industry research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and underserved markets
- Other adhoc projects and activities to support the team and senior management

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Have 5-7 years of relevant working experience, preferably in i) start-ups and ii) investment banking, venture capital, or Big 4 consulting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance / Business and/or any quantitative degree from a reputable university
- Good grasp of accounting, finance, and fundraising process, including but not limited to financial modeling and valua
