**RODI, IETS and Gases Engineer**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage & lead technicians to oversee plant utilities for Water, Reverse Osmosis Deionized Water (RODI) System, Gas system, Industrial effluent Treatment System (IETS), Chemical Storage and Delivery System, Scrubber system and BMS/SCADA monitoring.
- Part of Facilities Operation Support and own, sustain, and improve system capacity, operational troubleshooting, system upgrade evaluation and optimization.
- Coordinate and liaise with contractors/vendors to planning, monitor, corrective, and preventive maintenance program with SAP (System Application Product)
- Develop and review FMEA, Risk Assessment, HAZOP, SOP for the systems.
- Develop, implement, and improve reliable solution for optimum facilities system performance.
- Support production machine utilities hookup and continuous improvement projects.
- Conduct performance and compliance monitoring for IETS and scrubber system.
- Established budget and accurate spending projections, manage within capital and operating resources. No limit to develop and implement energy and water saving solution to enhance and improve water recycle& reuse and energy reduction rate.
- Planning, analysis and procure of critical spare part and consumables item.
- Lead, coordinate, liaises and work with stakeholders, consultants, government agency, external customers across various department and company pertaining to chemical, gases, water, wastewater treatment system improvement programs/projects where necessary.
- Manage daily gas inventory (call off, consumption tracking, expiry etc.)
- Adhere to company environmental, safety, heath, security, and quality policy when performing work.
- Review design, predictive and preventive maintenance program of the system for continuous improvement, improve reliable and efficiency with operation team.
- Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Environmental / Chemical Engineering.
- Certified Professional under DOE regulations -CEPIETSO-PCP / CePSO will be added advantages.
- Knowledge in wastewater treatment, water treatment technology, and chemical will be added advantages.
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Excellent Project management skills.
- Ambitious and ability to multi-task and balance dynamic priorities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill and a good teammate.
- Ability to participate in a multi-functional team environment.
- Proficient in PPT, Excel & presentation skill.
- Experienced in AutoCAD and exposed to manufacturing environment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
