**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings, including plans, sections, elevations, and details using AutoCAD.
- Oversee and ensure the technical quality of architectural drawings and documentation.
- Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are practical, feasible, and compliant with local regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior architects and technical staff.
- Review and approve design concepts, construction documents, and ensure they align with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
- Manage and resolve technical issues during the construction process, providing solutions that ensure the highest standards of quality and functionality.
- Ensure adherence to building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor the implementation of architectural detailing on-site and provide technical guidance to construction teams as necessary.
- Coordinate with project management teams to ensure design documents are prepared in a timely and efficient manner.
- Regularly liaise with contractors and suppliers to manage the procurement of materials and ensure proper execution of architectural designs.

**Qualifications**
- Experience as a Technical Architectural Engineer, preferably within hospitality or large-scale commercial projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other architectural design software (Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of architectural detailing, construction techniques, and building systems.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Proven ability to prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail, with a passion for producing high-quality architectural designs.

**Experience**:

- Senior Technical Architectural Engineer: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
