Job Details:

- Create, Manage and optimize listings for all Marketplace such as Shopee, Tokopedia, etc
- Research and identify new marketplaces, including logístical needs and pricing
- Develop and maintain e-commerce strategy in order to improve sales perfomance, improve traffic and brand awareness ( Promo, FS, Ads, Voucher )
- Organize Annual Editorial Plan for Marketplace Sales Promotions, Marketplace Campaigns & Events
- Work and communicate with the marketing / Social media team to create promotional campaigns
- Review customer feedback and marketplace health, updating processes and systems
- Maintain detailed understanding of the mechanics of all backend tools, processes and systems
- Conduct competitor promotional and marketing analysis
- Monitor, analyze and report on marketplace metrics and sales

Qualifications:

- Maximum 35 Years old
- Hold a minimum educational background Bachelor Degree / Master Degree business, marketing, data sciences or related field
- Two-plus years experience in e-commerce, online marketing or equivalent
- Ability to create, analyze and comprehend marketplace data and sales analytics for use in forecasting, production and communication with others
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken english
