As a UX/UI Designer at Bali.Love, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the digital experience across our brands. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and operations, to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered designs for our websites and digital platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.
- Maintain and update the design system to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design digital assets that align with brand guidelines.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our digital offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
