We are now looking for Maintenance Operation Supervisor who will be responsible for supervising the execution of maintenance plans and including allocation of its resources to ensure equipment reliability and in optimal condition, assisting maintenance operation manager in delivering/ executing maintenance strategies deployed throughout the production lines. This position is open for 1 year contract.

This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:

- Ensure maintenance plan executed by means appropriate resource, adhere with maintenance schedule and align with production schedule, and having very minimum implication on equipment down time (_OEE)_
- Ensure engineers carried out documentation as determined by preventive maintenance system to ensure compliance with requirement and good documentation practices
- Involve in any continuous improvement initiatives of maintenance plan and supervise the execution
- Proactively involved in any non-conformance investigation of maintenance activities and provide feedback to the Engineering Department as a result of the investigation
- Provides input to plant reliability in spare part management and evaluate the effectiveness of spare part management
- Analyse & Evaluate result of regular inspection/ maintenance check including trend/OOS/tend to failure/inaccuracy data and provide action to maintain standard functionality & reliability
- Ensure resource are well deployed to support execution of utility maintenance activities, align with schedule which already planned by Plant Reliability
- Manages all safety related functional check of equipment and do necessary documentation includes document life cycle.

- Minimum of 1 year experience in Supervisory position of combined Engineering/Maintenance/Project Role
