Mengontrol dan memonitor seluruh aktivitas pengelolaan Wholesaler dan konsumen B to B meliputi pembagian target penjualan wholesale per brand, pemberian layanan pelanggan bagi mitra bisnis, implementasi kebijakan, serta melakukan analisa pasar dalam rangka memenuhi omset penjualan dari wholesale dan mendukung pencapaian target revenue perusahaan.

**Syarat Kualifikasi**:
1. Umur maksimal 35 tahun dan mínimal pendidikan D3/sederajatnya dari semua jurusan.

2. Pengalaman sebagai Area Sales Manager untuk produk **Plastik Packaging** mínimal 5 (lima) tahun.

3. Komunikatif, jujur, energik, orientasi pada Target Penjualan, dan berminat bekerja di lapangan.

4. Dapat mengendarai kendaraan roda 4 dan memiliki SIM A.

5. Memiliki kemampuan sales dan negosiasi yang baik.

6. Mereview & memonitor kebijakan-kebijakan terhadap operasional & customer service di area wholesaler atau B2B.

7. Memiliki networking yang kuat untuk mengembangkan bisnis baik nasional maupun internasional.

8. Mampu mengelola & memonitor operational budget.

9. Mampu mengelola & mengembangkan kompetensi tim kerja.

10. Bersedia untuk dinas ke luar kota.

11. Mampu memimpin dan memotivasi tim.

12. Memahami teknologi, budgeting, dan keterampilan menulis laporan.

13. Bersedia penugasan ke luar kota secara rutin dalam waktu beberapa minggu

14. Penempatan kerja di Jakarta.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 3 bulan

Gaji: Rp6.500.000 - Rp7.500.000 per bulan
