- Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, packages, and promotions.
- Schedule, confirm, and modify spa appointments using booking software
- Manage the spa calendar to avoid scheduling conflicts and ensure efficient operations.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Promote and sell spa products, explaining their benefits to guests
- Strive to exceed guest expectations to ensure a memorable spa experience

**Requirement**:

- Maximum 35 years old
- Minimum education Diploma I related major.
- Have a year of experience in the same position.
- Have strong leadership, and communication skills and can speak English.
- Hands-on team player with a positive attitude, hard worker, and discipline.
- Proactive and willing to take on challenges.
- Able to join immediately.
