**Role Overview**:
As the Social Media Manager, you will be the voice of Bali.Love across all digital platforms. Your creativity and strategic mindset will help enhance our online presence, grow our audience, and drive engagement. You'll work closely with the marketing, design, and event planning teams to bring the magic of Bali.Love to life on social media.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Social Media Strategy Development**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our overall marketing goals. This includes selecting the appropriate platforms, defining target audiences, setting measurable goals, and planning content calendars.

**Content Creation and Curation**:

- Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across social platforms, including posts, images, videos, stories, and more. Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other team members to produce visually appealing and relevant content that resonates with our audience.

**Community Management and Engagement**:

- Actively monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms in a timely and professional manner. Engage with followers, build relationships, and foster a positive brand image, while addressing any customer feedback to maintain a strong online reputation.

**Performance Analysis and Reporting**:

- Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, and conversions. Utilize analytics tools to gain insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future strategies.

**Channel Management**:

- Manage all social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube, ensuring consistent brand voice and presence.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role, ideally within the wedding, lifestyle, or hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills with a creative flair.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and basic graphic design software is a plus.
- A passion for weddings, love stories, and Bali’s vibrant culture.
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate.
