- To review buildability of IFC drawings and contractor's shop drawings in terms of electrical aspect.
- To manage the contractor's team during pre installation, installation and post installation.
- To be responsible for overall project management in ensuring the quality, cost, statutory, safety and environment issues and project scheduling requirements are met.
- To support with the establishment of the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
- To identify and ensure that the appropriate line manager is aware of quality, safety, health and environment issues.
- To maintain effective project governance, processes and systems to be utilised throughout project.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering required, Master’s Degree desired.
- 5 to 10 years experience in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Design and Construction of Data Centre or Hi-Tech Mechanical Systems
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Ability to prioritize and schedule workload and work on multiple tasks concurrently
- Good organizational skills and Service attitude
- Excellent communication skills and good team working skills, English required
- Familiarity with Data Centre facilities systems, and power supply infrastructure.
- Strong ability in English speaking and writing, be able to communicate with English speaking engineers both verbally and by writing.
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit and Microsoft Project
- Thorough understanding of building codes and standards
