- Conduct recruitment, selection, and interviewing
- Ensure employee needs are met according to user qualifications
- Conduct data collection activities from onboarding to offboarding employees
- Ensure employee data is complete and updated
- Location : Jakarta & Bali
- Minimum education is Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Human Capital or Human Resources.
- Deep understanding of employment regulations in Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented, able to work independently, and proactive.
- Have basic knowledge of Psychology test equipment administration
- Having skills in graphology is a plus point
- Willing to relocate
