**Responsibilities**:

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum bachelor degree of Management or any related major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as B2B Marketing / Account Manager / Business Development **(preferably from Outsourcing/Head Hunter industry)**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

**Working Arrangement : Work From Office (WFO)**

**Pay: Rp7,500,000 - Rp9,200,000 per month**

The salary range above encompasses the base salary and attendance allowance only, **excluding monthly incentives** based on KPI achievement.
