Mortgage Consultant is responsible for helping mortgage seekers coming from inbound channel in order to get a financing for their property transaction by giving advice, solution and service to them as well as generating revenue as per target given
**Job Description**:
Contacting potential or existing customers to inform them about our mortgage products using available scripts
Answering questions about mortgage product
Assist customers to find the best mortgage product for them by asking questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
Enter and update customer information in the database, keep records of calls and sales and note useful information using CRM software/tools
Take and process orders in an accurate manner in order to preserve the companys reputation
Go the extra mile to meet sales targets and facilitate future sales
Managing relationship to our banks partners in order to process potential customers
**Requirements**:

- Male/Female max 30 years old
- Have experience in banking sector
- Have experience in Property Sales Marketing (KPR)
- Minimum education D3/equivalent
- Communicative, Persuasive and Smilling Voice
- Willing to Shift
