Job Description

1. To implement OSP/FTTX project.

2. To make project plan, manage subcontractor and onsite project implementation.

3. To ensure accountability for project baseline of time and cost.

4. To ensure accountability for project technical management, including:
a) Support the construction surveys to have a clear view of the approach to follow in each deployment area.

b) Define installation procedures and provide support to the field supervisors and the subcontractor companies.

c) Is responsible for the review and implementation of FTTH designs with the proper construction techniques.

d) Provide feedback to the Design Team and the subcontractors regarding the change of construction techniques and

the updates in Designs.

e) Be able to train supervisors and provides support in technical civil engineer questions, specifically around feasibility,

duration, and associated costs.

f) Escalate issues to the Design Manager

g) Manage the ROW (Right of Way) issues including supports the meetings and requests from Local Authorities

regarding the construction requirements.

h) Controls the quality and safety of project including the subcontractors' works.

i) Support the pre-sales works including preparation of project schedules, bids, or proposals.

j) Perform other PM duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Requirement

1. Bachelor or above degree;
2. Be familiar with FTTH product such as OLT, LCP, Splitter, NAP, FOC, ODF, etc. and with related project management

experience;
3. Good at problem solving and working in multiple culture and high pressure environment;
4. Good at communication, coordination in English Language;
5. PMP certificate is preferred;
6. With Good Moral Character.
