Job description

As a Quality Visual Welding, you will commitment to and promotion of Vista Maritim Indonesia values and ensuring the realization of Company’s project qualities, systems, policies, and procedures. Essential responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Carry out quality surveillance on project fabrication and sub - contractor’s installation
- Shall perform a variety of inspection functions with mínimal supervision as required to verify compliance with project requirements
- Responsible for timely inspection and QC supervision during fabrication and installation, proactive in the prevention of non - compliance and problem resolution
- Provide early warning of potential quality problems and ensure non - conformances are identified, tracked, and closed
- Provide expertise to site team to avoid / resolve quality problems
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on the work in progress
- Conduct aligned duties as directed by QA/QC Manager

Job Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Naval Architecture or Marine Engineering

Experience 3(+) year as a Quality Control or Welding Engineer is preferred

Have Certificate 3.0 CSWIP

Proficiency in Rules of Ship Building Method & Construction and material specifications

Attention to detail, excellent communication, good coordination, interpersonal skills

Good written skills, ability to present data in a clear and concise manner

Self - motivating with high integrity, honest, well organized, and proactive

Willing to be placed or relocation in Batam
