**SALARY RANGE : Rp23,000,000 - Rp29,000,000**
**A DAY IN A LIFE**
As a start up, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand the needs, preferences, and behaviors of the target market. This may involve surveys, interviews, usability testing, and other methods to gain insights into the customer's experience.
- Analyze the competition to identify gaps in the market and opportunities for differentiation (in terms of features, pricing, and marketing strategies of competing products).
- Work with the team to clearly define the target market and create user personas that represent the different segments within that market.
- Identify the key assumptions that underpin the product and validate them through user research and data analysis
- Based on the insights gained from user research and competitor analysis, work with the team to develop a product roadmap that aligns with the needs of the target market.
**SKILLS**
These are minimum-requirement skills and a ‘must-have’ for the role:
- Growth managers must be able to distill data, interpret trends, and make impactful decisions based on the insights gathered. There’s going to be a lot of noise but what are the sounds that are most important and bring the most impact?
- Growth managers must prioritize the needs of the users and be able to identify and address pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Growth managers must be able to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and ambiguity.
**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- Degree in Business, Economics or equivalent preferred
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Product management background, assisted in building a product from scratch
