**Position 1: Business Analyst - Pricing and Data Analytics**

**About the Role**

As a **Business Analyst**, you will play a key role in optimizing pricing strategies, improving margins, and supporting data-driven business decisions. Reporting to the Pricing Manager, you will work closely with product teams to implement effective pricing and sourcing tactics.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze and compare supplier costs to support decision-making.
- Develop pricing strategy proposals.
- Ensure accurate billing and price quotes by sharing timely pricing-related data.
- Prepare profitability reports and conduct analysis.
- Review rate changes and new pricing requests.
- Conduct competitor analysis in collaboration with product managers.

**Specific Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Economics, Statistics, IT, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- 2 years in data analysis, preferably in e-commerce or logistics.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools is preferred.

**Position 2: Finance & Costing Analyst**

**About the Role**

We are seeking a **Finance & Costing Analyst** to support financial decision-making through accurate costing analysis, financial reporting, and budget management. You will play a critical role in optimizing operational costs and improving financial performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform cost analysis to assist in comparing suppliers and calculating product costs.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models for decision-making.
- Monitor and report on cost variances and profitability.
- Collaborate with teams to improve cost efficiency across operations.
- Assist in preparing financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

**Specific Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- **Experience**:

- 1-2 years in Finance or costing roles; experience in a public accounting firm is strongly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of cost analysis and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in financial system such as SAP, or similar software.
- Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, or other analytical tools is a significant advantage.

**Position 3: Shipping Data Analyst**

**About the Role**

As a **Shipping Data Analyst**, you will analyze shipping data, optimize logistics processes, and provide insights to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires familiarity with logistics, e-commerce, and third-party logistics (3PL).

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze shipping and logistics data to identify trends and inefficiencies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Support logistics operations by optimizing workflows and processes.
- Use platforms such as techSHIP and HubSpot to manage data and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and reduce costs.

**Specific Requirements**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- **Experience**:

- **Preferred**: Minimum 2 years in logistics, e-commerce, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of logistics and 3PL operations.
- Familiarity with Power BI/Tableau, techSHIP, and HubSpot is highly advantageous.
