**Role Overview**:
The **HR Coordinator** will play a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring a seamless recruitment process, fostering a positive workplace culture, and maintaining compliance with Indonesian labor laws. This role requires a strategic and hands-on approach to talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition**
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
**2. Employee Relations & Engagement**
- Act as the main point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring fair and legal resolution.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
- Conduct regular employee feedback surveys and recommend improvements.
**3. HR Policies & Compliance**
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.
- Update and maintain HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures.
- Handle disciplinary actions, performance improvement plans, and terminations in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
**4. Performance Management & Training**
- Develop and oversee performance evaluation processes.
- Identify training and development needs, coordinating workshops and learning programs.
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
**5. Compensation & Benefits Administration**
- Oversee payroll processing in coordination with finance.
- Manage employee benefits, leave policies, and insurance programs.
- Ensure competitive compensation structures and market benchmarking.
**6. HR Systems & Reporting**
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Provide regular HR analytics and reports to management.
- Implement HR software or tools to improve efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, resorts, or luxury lifestyle businesses.
- Based in Bali
- Skills: Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Experience with HR software and payroll systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Preferred: Experience in pre-opening HR operations or working in an international hospitality environment.
