**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Social Science, or related fields
- Experience with HRGA-related tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Indonesia's labor law and regulation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Powerpoint)
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work under pressure
