Treasury Manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage cash flow to keep Company's liquidity at good shape
- Maintain loan compliance, both for corporate and local
- On time delivery for reporting requirement
- Maintain communication with Regional Treasury Management and support any regional/global projects.
- Support business to lower working capital and achieve OCF target
- Execute working capital initiatives to achieve AOP TWC goals
- Support FP&A Department with accurate and timely data for OCF Forecast
- Contribute in achieving 3 days closing process
- Manage and control credit sales and account receivable activities on customer orders & payments, past due analysis, and credit term requests
- Manage and control customer payment collection to ensure accounts receivable balance and cash flow are within company budget
- Point of contact of banks for any operations and document support issues
- Set goals for self and direct reports
- Conducts mid-year review and final reviews on time
- Provides constructive feedback with development plans

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree with Accounting/Financial background, master’s degree will be preferable
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in Treasury Operations
- Computer literate: Windows, Access Database & SAP
- Understand Basic Accounting & Treasury Management
- Good English communication skills both verbal and written
