**Responsibilities**
- Conduct interviews and Hire staff within company criteria
- Deliver in-person 1-on-1 / group product and sales training activities
- Create physical and digital educational material (video, Audio)
- Onboard new salespeople
- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
- Monitor sales objectives and results
- Report on impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
- Maintain updated records of training material
- Review staff appearance daily
- Ensure staff on time arrival to store daily
- Review location visual merchandise daily
- General admin duties.
