This Consumer Experience ID team is intended to work with regional products and Indonesia territory teams to increase consumer engagement. We make an impact by enabling more personalized experiences for different consumer segments in Indonesia and engaging them to solve their daily challenges leveraging Grab platform.

**Get to know the role**

We are hiring a consumer experience manager to work with ID vertical/territory leaders on managing product go-to market, increasing consumer engagement rate, and improving personalized consumer journey. The role reporting to head of territory strategy and work closely with regional product leaders.

The key success factor for this role is the one that has excellent critical thinking skills and product management (breakdown problem, finding the hypotheses, test the hypotheses, shepherd project until end of implementation, and ensuring the results are sustainable).

**The Day-to-Day Activities**
- Continuously identify Grab ID consumer barrier to use app by performing market research, consumer FGD, and extracting insight from internal data.
- Collaborate with country product operations, product managers, data analytics, and tech operation to define an ambitious strategy, monitor a prioritized product backlog, and execute on delivering great experiences for users.
- Work with marketing, territory, vertical leadership and other stakeholders on innovative and well defined go-to-market plans.
- Define experiment design, variant, its success metrics, and consistently measure the impact of your work.
- Be our expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each of our markets and lines of business.
- Explore business issues/opportunities, uncover insights, and/or identify targeted areas for business growth.
- Partner with management and operational teams to deep dive on core issues and use our data to find answers.

**The Must-Haves**
- Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences
- Passionate about solving problems - possesses a relentless need for investigation and data exploration
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Analytics, Business or Any Engineering
- Strong foundation in data analysis using BI tools like SQL, R, Phyton, Tableau, Power BI, Ms. Excel, or similar tools
- Minimum 6+ years relevant work experience in as product manager, business analyst, or management consultant
- Experience in business growth/strategy and/or tech consulting Industry would be an advantage
