Job Desc:

- Handle Sales Administration. Ex., Quotation, Inbound sales, etc
- Provide support administration for the Partnership Sales team. Ex. MOM, Update databases, Update trackers, etc
- Support Management by providing reports and administrative works.
- Update our Sales system for Sales Administration and Timeline.
- Work with others functional for documentation and administration.
- Support and Provide others instructions that are given by the company.

Qualifications:

- Minimum Bachelor degree from communication, management, marketing or related field.
- Able to work in detail and hard worker.
- Experience using office administration programs, e.i: google spreadsheet, microsoft excel, powerpoint, etc
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Great attention to detail and strong analytical logic mind.
- Able to support management with high detail reports.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Mandarin (preferred)
