**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide leadership and direction on product-engineering security
- Develop and socialized a culture of security that prioritized security across product-engineering organization
- Integrate with risk, compliance, and product-engineering process in planning and operation
- Set up framework and guideline for product engineering security to create or improve processes related to: Incident management, vulnerability management, change management, secure SDLC
- Set up quarterly themes and prioritization regarding security initiatives in alignment to company's direction
- Supervise product-engineering security activities

**Requirements**:

- Good command of active and passive english
- Can communicate abstract or complex ideas with conciseness and clarity
- Systematic in pushing product-engineering security agenda
- Can align effectively with various stakeholders
- Ability to influence in a rapidly changing organization
- Can provide leadership and mentorship on security issues
- Have excellent ability to analyze convoluted issue and synthesize a working solution
- Have a solid understanding about product-engineering security and it's relations to business, product, and engineering including engineering operation
- In-depth technical understanding on foundational security issues.
