**Role Description**
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event & Activation Manager located in Kuta Utara. The Event & Activation Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events and marketing activations. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating with vendors and partners, managing event budgets, ensuring seamless event execution, developing promotional strategies, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction. This role also involves regular communication with internal teams to align event goals with the company’s brand and vision.
**Qualifications**
- Event planning and organizational skills
- Vendor management and coordination experience
- Budget management and financial planning abilities
- Marketing and promotional strategy development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work on-site in Kuta Utara is required
